We are now accepting applications for our Holiday Market! The market is open to all media and craft. Smaller work and holiday themed items priced under $50 are encouraged, but all themes and prices are welcome.
The Exhibitions Committee will display items.
Artists are encouraged to work shifts during the market. Shifts will be coordinated at time of delivery.
▪Ornaments are requested for a themed display.
Hanging art must have appropriate frame, 16×20 with wire and no tooth hangers
▪ Tables will be in place. List size of your art and for small collections of multi
pieces give a description of needed space for table top or hanging and whether you have your
own display. Space is limited therefore avoid excessive packaging, large displays, or large/bulky print
bins. Matted work is limited to 15 pieces no larger than 16×20. Smaller items are limited to 20. Framed
work must not be larger than 16×20.
▪ Artists are encouraged to make Christmas and Holiday themes
▪ All items priced with artist’s name and item code on each tag ex: Artist Peg Debnam.
Code with price = PD #1, #2 $6.00. etc.
REGISTRATION FEE AND FORM
▪ $ 20.00 Member * $30.00 Non Member DUE by September 30th 2018
▪ Commission split 30% to the Gallery and 70% to artist. Gallery will collect and pay-tax
▪ Commission checks will be mailed by December 21, 2018
DELIVERY ART WORK
▪Deliver Monday 26th & Tuesday 27th 2018 11 AM – 6 PM to Beckley Art Center. Art objects MUST be your original work
PICK UP ARTWORK
▪ December 17 & 18, 2018 Items MUST remain in Market Place until final day
MARKET HOURS OF OPERATION
▪ Sunday 2:00 – 4:00pm and Tuesday-Saturday 11:00 am-5:00 pm
