Facility Rental Information
Please download and/or view our Facility Rental Agreement.
The form contains important information and is necessary to complete your facility rental reservation. You may download the form and fill it out but the form must be completed at the Beckley Art Center. Deposit is due in full at time of Facility Rental Agreement signing. Our cancellation policy is included in the the Facility Rental Agreement form.
$250 for a half day gallery rental. $50 Deposit due at time of scheduling.
$575 for a full day gallery rental. $150 Deposit due at time of scheduling.
$125 for a 4 hour lower level rental. $75 Deposit due at time of scheduling.
$200 for a full day lower level rental. $100 Deposit due at time of scheduling.
*Please note that the price you will be paying today is only the deposit to hold your reservation.*
Signing Up For Classes
Class sign up deadlines are the day of the class. In the case of a series the class deadline is the day of the first class in that series. Each class has a maximum and minimum of students required. Classes may be canceled if the class minimum is not met. In the case of a class cancelation by the Beckley Art Center those students signed up will be refunded their payment.
